Starting from January 2020, it’s not allow to issue a CoC and all requests must be applied through SABER platform.
-Starting from January 2020 the Barcode will be mandatory on the products and will require to declare the barcode in the shipment request details to proceed further.
-The barcode can be on the outer/external package for the small parts of the items. The Barcode is required for each model. The Barcode can be provided by the manufacturer/importer.


从2020/1/1起.，所有沙特申请将全部从Saber系统进行，我们将不再被允许从SSP系统出具旧的SASO-COC证书
从2020/1/1起，每个型号的条形码将被强制要求输入Saber系统内

2020年1月1号开始沙特全部实施saber认证，以前老的SASO认证暂停签发，被saber认证取代。


办理SABER认证相关流程

**阶段：Product CoC证书 也称PC证书（产品证书认证）

根据相关产品对应的技术法规中适用的标准，Saber平台将对每一种受管制产品在前签发产品符合性证书（PC证书）。

1.进口商注册Saber系统账号我们操作

2.向Saber系统输入PC证书申请信息进行PC注册申请

3.在Saber系统中选择一家发证机构

（INTERTEK、NEMKO、CQC、TUV、***，QIMA等等机构）

4.支付PC证书费用

5.提交审核通过的文件至Saber系统

6.颁发PC证书，证书有效期1年

*二阶段：Shipment CoC证书 也称SC证书（验货证书）

每一个发往沙特的受管制的产品将会被进行评估，以确保有一个真实有效的PCoC，并签发SCoC。

1.向Saber系统提交Shipment CoC申请；

2.确认PC证书的有效性；

3.支付Shipment CoC认证费；

4.签发Shipment CoC证书，证书只针对该批次进口的货物



PC是产品证书，一年有效，按品名、型号收费
SC是清关证书，一次性的，每次出货都要申请
